Packing offically started

Here is my Packing List. It is still a work in progress, but I’m going to use it as my checklist. This way it should stay current. Please leave feedback if you have any ideas!!!

Quite a list of items! How much unused space do you have in your luggage setup?
Good idea about cotton balls and pill vibration
At a glance, I think your list could use:
* pepper spray, humane penguin defense system
* front and rear inner tubes, when you get a flat
* tube patch kit when you puncture your new tubes
* towel, drying stuff off
* electrical tape and/or duct tape, nuff said
* at least 1 quart of oil to top off oil from drops or emergency lube chain

Hehehe, Yeah, I have all that stuff in another pile that I hadn’t merged with my main pile. Will add to list. Cept no towel.. Too big. I have a couple of rags, but don’t really want anything too big.
I was wondering what I should do with extra fluids.
RE: Space.. I have no idea how much space this all uses. My plan is to have > 50% of my topbox empty. Ideally, I’d have nothing in there so I could toss my tankbag in there.

But haven’t you read Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy? A towel is the most useful item in the universe!

Yep Crystal is right, you must take a towel! Get a packTOWL made by Therm-a-Rest. It is a light weight micro-fiber towel that drys super quick and they come in many sizes. You can get them at REI.

Hehehe. I’ll see if I have room. It is nice to use a towel as means of quickly drying a wet shirt by wrapping and wringing it.
