Why not?
The idea of traveling as far south as I could started after returning from my first motorcycle trip to Mexico. After not being attacked by banditos but the hospitality of a people who were happy to have you visit their country, I decided that a trip to Tierra del Fuego would be an experience that I have to realize.
If the trip preparation is half as fun as the trip, then it’ll be worth it. I’ve enjoyed reading many other people’s blogs and forum posts.
My generic main goal for the trip:
- Learn enough spanish to have conversations beyond border crossings and menus
Specific Goals:
- Not travel more than 6 hours a day
- Maintain a blog/diary of my trip
- Take the time to get some good photos or video
- See the sights and ride some of the best roads on 2 wheels
In addition to motorcycle adventures, I enjoy backpacking, flying, building things, and a multitude of random hobbies.
